In-person attendance is encouraged - meetings are in Building 168 meeting rooms, level 2 or 3 - but should you wish to attend on Zoom please email clubs@union.unimelb.edu.au <u>at least 24 hours in advance</u> of the start time for meeting details.</p> <p>The <u>deadline for any submission (grants, correspondence) for the meeting is 9 am 3 work days in advance</u>.
